Congratulations Young Authors Winners!
Olivia (2nd Grade, Mrs. King) and Tyrantria (1st Grade, Mrs. Martin) won second and third place in the Area 15 Young Authors Contest.
Olivia (2nd Grade, Mrs. King) and Tyrantria (1st Grade, Mrs. Martin) won second and third place in the Area 15 Young Authors Contest.The Young Authors contest is a citywide contest celebrating authorship, illustration, and book creation. Olivia and Tyrantria, along with their fellow classmates, worked hard to create an original work.
They both chose to write narrative stories. The work was judged on focus, elaboration, organization, mechanics and presentation.
